The Build
KB Digital Group did not start with an office or a big launch. It started with Kristel taking small freelance jobs like web design, SEO, and virtual assistant work. She showed she could deliver for clients half a world away, and as the work grew, she needed help.
So she began to hire, one skilled person at a time. Soon she had a remote team that could design, write, and manage projects for clients in the United States, while she ran everything from Saipan. What began as one person's side job turned into a real agency with a name and a good reputation.
The Room She Runs
A normal day for Kristel is spread across time zones. Morning for her clients is night for her, so her schedule bends around meetings that happen after dark. Still, the work gets done, because everyone knows their job and she keeps the team moving in the same direction.
